Recommended method

For best results, we recommend defrosting your meal in the refrigerator.

Refrigerated meals

Preheat the oven to 350F

Remove the plastic lid from the meal

Cover the meal with aluminum foil, or any other oven safe wrapper

Heat for 15 to 20 minutes 

Half way through heating, poke holes in the foil to allow for even heating

Frozen meals

Preheat the oven to 350F

Remove the plastic lid from the meal

Cover the meal with aluminum foil, or any other oven safe wrapper

Heat for 30 to 35 minutes

Heat at 50% power for 4 minutes, then at maximum power for 2 minutes

Allow the meal to cool down for 2 minutes before serving
